Minipower Lamp use a GU5.3 base which means any house or business that has low voltage down lights operating on an electronic transformer can now do a straight lamp replacement from halogen to Minipower Lamps. At 9W a Minipower Lamp replaces 50W halogen lamp with a straight saving of 82%.
